Initiate Request
Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
Quality Inspection
Ensure the garment is in its original condition, unwashed, and with all hoor.pk security tags and packaging intact to qualify for an exchange.
Reverse Pickup or Shipping
Once approved, we will either arrange a reverse pickup from your address or provide you with the shipping details to send the parcel back to our warehouse.
Refund or Exchange Processing
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your exchange or issue a store credit/refund within 3-5 business days.
